Hi there!! If you are stopping by via Pinterest or from another link, thanks so much for coming! And, while you're at it, take a look around...there's lots of fun stuff to see!
First, just wanted to let you know...in case you missed it...I finally did it! I OPENED my etsy shop over the weekend! YAY! And, I made my first sale too! YAY! The link to my etsy shop is over there on the right side of my blog, but here's the link for you too, stop by and check it out.
So, next...I am realizing that my wardrobe is quite sad :( I do not like to shop, never have. I have always been the type of person that buys something because I need it to wear to a specific event. I find something that will do for that event and in my everyday life and then I move on. The quick in and out kind of shopping was all well and good when I had to walk across town in Manhattan everyday and had any number of stores to duck into quickly, but now, with two kids in tow all of the time shopping for myself just doesn't really fit into my list of things to do. That being said...what the heck was I to wear for Thanksgiving?! Hmmm...

Both of these tutorials were so easy to do. In fact, I made both of these things in less then an hour! I already have another sweater in the wings waiting to be turned into a cardigan and some scarves waiting to be made as Christmas gifts. Now, to figure out what to wear to a dinner this weekend...I fear that this will need to involve shopping with the two kiddos!
Hoping you had a wonderful, warm, full, and happy Thanksgiving! I did, albeit it tiring, but you know, isn't that the way it always goes?!
One last thing...remember the Little House and
