And it was amazing! Alright, maybe that's an over statement. But, actually, to me, it's not! We were shaking and I was amazed.
Probably more so than Henry and Violet even, although, we have been reading a bit of "Little House in the Big Woods" with Violet so she did think it was pretty cool.
I saw this post a few weeks ago on how to make butter. I was intrigued by the fact that two marbles, heavy cream and some shaking could make butter...
It does! You have to shake a lot. But, at some point you just begin to realize that you don't have a liquid anymore, but rather some mushy stuff... And then you shake some more and some more and suddenly you have butter and buttermilk! Very cool!
So easy and so yummy!!
Henry was less interested in helping us shake than he was trying the goods...
So, give it a whirl, or a shake rather...put Shake Senora on the radio and try it! It's such a fun experiment, and yummy too!
