As you all know, obviously, it's November. It's a month filled with thankfulness and family. But, you may not know that it is also the month of the moustache, Movember!
My husband is donning a moustache again this month, complete with lambchops and all, in order to raise money for prostate Cancer. He claims he felt the "pressure" at work. And I claim not to like it, but honestly, I am getting a bit used to it and don't mind it (shhh, don't tell him).
Anywho, please take a moment to support his moustache growing efforts by making a donation (here). In doing so you’ll be helping the 1 in 6 men who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer and the 8,290 men who will be diagnosed with testicular cancer. Together, we can change these statistics. Thank you.
And now, onto the silliness...Because Violet and Henry are a bit obsessed with Daddy's new facial hair and because Violet saw these beards and moustaches while looking through the latest Land of Nod catalogue and thought they were awesome and because I still had a bit of faux fur left over from Sam's hair, I made some beards and moustaches for those of us who can't grow facial hair!
A bit of fur, felt (for the back), elastic and sewing and we've got some new, and seriously hilarious, additions to our dress up closet.
Stop by and donate (please every little bit helps).
