Happy first day of Spring!
It is a beautiful, sunny, warm(ish) day here today! My wish was to have a little tutorial for some Spring Chickies to share with you today, but, sadly, Henry is working on day two of feeling crummy with a fever. I am working on day two of not getting much done. And, instead of running around playing outside this morning, we listened to Vivaldi's Four Seasons and painted Springy pictures.
I wanted to post these drawings/paintings of Violet's that she made this morning after being inspired by this Family Sketchbook Project post by Miranda. It's such a lovely and sweet idea! Violet is constantly drawing. So much so, I have no idea what to do with all of her art work. I have been amazed at how her doodles and scribbles have turned to in depth pieces of artwork. And now, I am seeing Henry's art begin to grow as well.
And, while we spent much of our monring indoors, I did manage to take a little peek at what Spring looks like outside our door today...
